The delivery of the order will be made to the address you specified during the purchase process on the Web. In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. *When an order is rejected on delivery and it is returned to our warehouse, we will never refund the shipping price, regardless of whether or not the shipment was free of charge.
*In shipments outside the European Union or Canary Islands, we do not take charge of the payment of customs, tariffs, or any other tax. These must be paid by the final customer. If the order is returned to us for not having been accepted, we will deduct the charge from the return of the package.
How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive it. And a total of 20 calendar days from the day you receive it, for it to reach our facilities. In case it is a store pickup, the 14 calendar days begin to count when we notify you that the order arrived at the store.
If the return is not requested within 14 days or if it does not reach us within 20 days from the day you received your order, it will be rejected and you will have to pay the shipping costs for us to send it back to you, or send us to your transport company, prior notice and authorization from us..
To approve the return we will check that the product(s) is (are) in perfect condition, in its original box, unused, no signs of use, no odors, unwashed and with their labels.

How do I make an exchange?
At the moment, we only accept requests for size changes directly at Spain and Portugalexcluding the Canary Islands.

Exchange for another garment: access our platform by clicking here and follow the steps. As soon as we receive the returned garment, we will check that it is correct and we will send you the new garment as soon as possible so that you have it as soon as possible. Remember: If you exchange the garment for another of lesser value, the difference in price will be paid through a gift card to redeem in our store.
The first exchange is free of charge.

Do you return the money?
